Vidalink
End-to-End Healthtech
A digital health platform combining a backoffice, a product for physically active users and the medical prescription journey inside the app.
Before
Problems were not always well defined: growing areas needed discovery to understand the real user, and product performance tracking was reactive.
Action
I ran discovery processes, validated and discarded hypotheses, prioritized solutions based on data from the BI team and closely monitored product performance to keep improving value delivery.
Impact
Digital health products with data-driven decisions, end-user focus and continuous performance monitoring.
What I learned
- Good discovery avoids building what nobody will use: validating is cheaper than being wrong.
- Healthtech is a domain where trust and clinical context completely change the solution design.
- Starting as QA gave me a rare edge: I understand the full product lifecycle.
A loop within digital health
Vidalink is where my journey started: first in quality, then building products. Becoming a Product Owner in the same company closed a loop.
Three fronts, one logic
The backoffice served internal users. The physical activity app served patients. Prescriptions connected doctors and patients. The common thread: understand the context before prioritizing.
Data as a language
Working with the BI team changed how the backlog was built: from opinion to tested hypothesis.
